Vivienne Kerrigan is a registered Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner in full time practise with clinic’s in both Dublin and Naas.

Vivienne is a firm believer of ''the more tools a person has the more confident they feel because they have more choice.'' With this in mind Vivienne teaches hands-on, practical tools and skills that can be used immediately in everyday life and she does so with a sense of humour and a determined energy for results.
Vivienne is also the inventor of The Hypnotic Childbirth Program, a birth preparation method that is recognised in all the Irish maternity hospitals. This birth preparation method is the only one of it’s kind in Ireland because it teaches mums how to use an hypno anaelglesia to numb themselves from the top of their breast to between their knee and groin area so they can be mobile during childbirth and this numbing sensation means they can manage their contractions and remain in-control at each stage of labour. Vivienne developed The Hypnotic Childbirth Program so it works as a private Home Study Program and as weekend workshops all around Ireland.
